New smartphone app developed to combat animal cruelty

Please cross post to all regions. Please read the last 2 paragraphs, it pretty much sums up the raids that will be forthcoming. Please note there is NO WARRANT issued either for such action. Nor is there any provision for factual charges just a ‘whistleblower’ with a cell phone app. no accountability. Also and most importantly, there is absolutely no guidelines for what CONSTITUTES the abuse, cases of tartar on the teeth can be classified as abuse, as can nails not trimmed to what the HSUS or NSA says is abuse.

Also it is very important in paragraph 3 that HSUS is obviously providing the ‘dedicated employee’ as they are also the ones who are training the NSA.

Also please note in the last paragraph, the animal is removed and you have no say in the matter, you are guilty until proven innocent. We have tried to warn everybody this was coming, now it has arrived. veloped-to-combat-animal-cruelty

A new smartphone app has been launched to combat animal cruelty and help police investigate and prosecute those who commit animal abuse.

The ICE BlackBox application – which is free and available for both iPhone and Android phones – allows people to record video of animal cruelty and then send that footage directly and securely to the National Sheriffs’ Association.

“A dedicated employee reviews the footage, determines if the content is indeed animal cruelty, and then, if it is animal cruelty, it’s sent to local law enforcement to investigate,” explained Kaitlin Sanderson, a spokesperson for the Humane Society of the United States.

The HSUS has teamed up with the NSA’s National Law Enforcement Center on Animal Abuse, as well as the Cesar Millan Foundation – whose namesake is the renowned dog trainer and author known as “The Dog Whisperer” – to develop and promote the phone app.

“When the video is submitted to the NSA, an agent funded by the Humane Society of the United States will go into action and alert the local authorities, local county animal services to retrieve the animal and the district attorney to file charges,” according to the NSA’s website….
